Hope for more insurance companies to get on their program
I have been going to see Kim for about two months now and she has helped me more than anyone in my life. I feel amazing. My body and mind hasn’t felt like this in years. I would recommend anyone to go see them. Love it! Amazing results!
I love this place and Kim! I have been coming to Kim for over 5 years and every time, I leave feeling so much better than when I entered. Her compassion, sincerity and love for helping people is amazing. I have come with many different troubles and she has helped me each time. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

There aren't enough stars for rating PSAI. Kim O. is absolutely heaven sent. She has such a compassion for helping others and she puts her heart into her practice. She has helped me with all I have been through, and doing so in such an amazing way. Her knowledge and compassion to help others is just outstanding. BAIT AND SWITCH! Beware of their unethical practices. Absolutely horrific!! I wish I could give this business negative ratings. I have been going to them for 5 months now and they told me after I had taken a bunch of sessions that my insurance won’t pay them anymore and that I will be responsible for all those bills from three months ago. After I had confirmed with my insurance that they pay for 10 acupuncture sessions this business told me on two separate occasions, that they do it all the time and bill the insurance with a... read more
