We have been PlanPlus customers for nearly 10 years. We were originally Franklin Quest customers and have followed their products through the years from Paper, to PDA's, to Ascend, then PlanPlus for Outlook, and now the revolutionary PlanPlus Online with all the syncing tools necessary to help me prioritize my life and my business. Great business tool and great app.
Planplus resolved my issue to my satisfaction and I am still a happy customer. For whatever reason I can't seem to edit my prior post so I have posted a new one.
I am a customer, but their billing is horrible. Trying to resolve a double billing situation and they refuse to fix it or even respond to my requests.
