Staff was professional and easy to work with. Answered all questions I had related to my injury.
Therapist sees 3 patients at a time and never really works with any directly. Not really an individual program. Seems very much what is done with all patients with same issues.
Physical therapy was okay but their billing department is horrible. They made me pay $40 per visit for 12 visits. They filed my insurance and received $821 from the insurance company. The EOB's say I don't owe anything. Insurance paid it all. I've been trying to get a refund from them of the $480 I paid them since September. They keep saying they are sending the account for review. I am very unhappy and don't know what to do next. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you. Guess what?
