As friendly and amazing their staff and furniture selections are, I cannot give this organization all the stars I wish to provide. Three times has the delivery/set-up team pushed back the delivery date of an order that’s already 10 weeks old. It is absolutely unacceptable that they continue to reschedule delivery dates and then fail on following through their promise. Truly disappointing!
