A good place to live. Well maintained and clean. Good locations. They have transportation offered, trips to the grocery store and activities. Fun!
There is a lot of suspicious activity at West, East, and Pioneer Place apartment campuses (Plano Community Homes). At times West campus is very quiet and clean but other times it is horrifying, creepy, and very unpleasant. There is a lot of rampant fear and paranoia that the senile elderly residents might burn down their kitchens or catch the clothes dryers on fire too.
