Danielle is horrible at communicating. She is working on my Dads estate for my step mom (client) but her and me and my sisters are all equal beneficiaries. She has reached out to me and my sisters ONCE. We have been pretty much left in the dark (on our end/my sisters and I ) as she does not respond to emails either. As we do not have the greatest relationship with my step mom it’s hard to get info from her as well and if we do it very minimal. Danielle also seems to work very slowly and seems unprofessional.
