First time visits take a little longer because of all of the paperwork, but other than that everything was awesome! I was helped by Rebecca and Rosie, two of PP's excellent staff members! They were funny, cheerful, and very non judgemental. They also thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and definitely helped a lot! Fantastic service all around :)
