The service is fast and great. Everyone is very nice, professional, and very helpful . The facility was clean, orderly and not a long wait. I didn’t have insurance or cash but I was instantly approved for emergency insurance over the phone by answering a few questions. I was assisted by Kemani Crawford over the phone she was very professional, helpful and got the approval sent right over to the location I was receiving service. I highly recommend. Thanks for the world class customer service lady’s!
Horrible la atención. Trato de sacar una cita en la página y dice que en estos momentos no está disponible y llevo 2 días llamando y nunca contestan y las tres veces que me contestaron me saludan y me dicen que en que pueden ayudarme y cuando yo voy hablar hay mismo me cuelgan es la peor atención
This place is an absolute joke. Never have struggled more with just simple testing. Went in about four weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my results. Have called them at least twice a day for the last week and a half and only got answered twice. Once they told me my results were in which they weren’t so they straight up lied to me & the second they told me a nurse would call me back that day, which never happened!
