Not impressed with Troutmans lack of people skills and the way he conducts himself in general. Someone should speak with him about his shortcomings.
I've just got my Airscape about 6 months ago. I use it only for storing coffee beans and don't open frequently. It became over the last month very hard to remove the top lid and I have to strongly pull it to be opened. I've contacted the company of this product (Planetary Design) and they promised to send me a new upper lid which didn't happen. I was trying to contact them again to query for the status and they stopped responding my mails and as a result this product has became almost useless...
Best and most durable French Press I have ever used. It's my go-to coffee brewer for home, camping, road trips - you name it! Goes perfect with their little Camp Cups. Their Airscape line is also awesome for so many things! Coffee & brown sugar in particular. Definitely check out their gear!
