I have been looking for a very long time for a shop like this. I'm glad that a friend referred me to you. Amazing place with good people.
If you are a hobbyist, you'll be glad to know that such place exists to give excellent service to bike enthusiasts. Thank you for doing a job well done.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Poor bike selection (20 models at most). HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I walked in, the employees (5 of them) looked me up and down and gave me the "he's not gonna buy anything" look and completely ignored me. I gave them a chance and stayed for about 10 mins...still NO SERVICE...with the employees standing there in plain sight. No "can I help you with anything?" or anything of the sort. Extremely slow and poor customer service. Worst service I have ever experienced. They are incredibly slow and not keep you updated with the status of the projects they are doing for you. I have to call aver and aver again to ask how far my bike is and they very seldom call back. Would never buy there again unless I absolutey have to.
