I went in for the Thanksgiving sale/black Friday deal. Thursday they said they would be open until 4pm, I got there at 3:20 but they were closed. Friday I got there and the promotion was to spend 60 and receive 60 dollars worth of things like, edibles, drinks, prerolls and stuff but they were out so they gave me a shirt that doesn't fit me. They were going to forget to give it to me after my purchase so I had to remind the guy. I went in asking specifically for a Stiiizy Cartridge, the young lady sold me a disposable. Thinking it was a cart I open only to find it was the wrong product. So I went in and asked if they can replace and give me the correct product and they refused…Next time please listen carefully what your customers are saying and the products they want to purchase. Like I said they literally sold me the wrong product and refused to fix the issues. Thanks for ruining a chill night guys.
