This is a review for the johnson city store, as when i clicked on the jc store listing, it brought me here. With a name like "Planer Vapor", you'd think the place must be big and have lots of stuff right? Wrong. Went in recently and got a bottle of delicious tasting strawberry milkshake flavored fluid. I love this store! My daughter took me in there, after I quite smoking after 30 years and the people are AMAZING! My son and his wife tried to get me to go to their "vape store" I said sure you can feel free to TAKE MY COLD DREAD BODY IN THERE just as soon as I DROP DEAD! Planet Vapor ID "MY VAPE STORE" OF CHOICE! Those young people that work in that store are like my new found family! I would NOT leave them for ANYTHING! :D

I went in tonight 12/10/18 @ 7:40 and was very dissatisfied with the lack of care presented by the associate working. I’ve been to the Kingsport store and had excellent service so I was just disappointed with how I was treated tonight. I would be more understanding if there were other customers that were needing help but I was the only one in the store and it still felt like I was being an inconvenience.
