My Disappointment with Planet Vapor Kingsport Tn is extremely tremendous! I have spend over a $1000.00 in this store in the last 2 years and today July 1 2022 ends my affiliation with this establishment! Absolutely un knowledge and rude staff. No consistency to the juice sold. Was called Dude,and bruh by the staff ! Completely unprofessional. One staff member even argued with me ! DONE with them Lost our business for good !!
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I busted the Kingsport location and was sold 3 bottles of their "premium house blend" of vape juice by an associate named Baley, this is hands down the harshest and most flavorless vape juice I've ever tasted !! It was all obviously about the sale to him !! I then called back and spoke to Katie who was very nice and explained my frustrations, she took my number and "promised" to call back to fix the problem, that was 5 days ago and I have yet to receive a response or call. so planet vapor has absolutely some of the best variety and customer service out of all the vape stores in the area. if you vape this definitely the go to place for your vaping needs. Everytime I come here I am met with a warm welcome. the staff is very attentive and can guide your purchase if you're a new comer in the world of vaping. always up to date on all of the latest information regarding vaping which is a huge , huge plus.

First off, this is one of the best shops on the area by far. The Johnson City location has been extremely helpful everytime I've visited. Dalton, Cody, Brian, and Kaitlynn are awesome employees that help every customer that comes in quickly and with the best attitude I've seen at any shop in this area. Definitely recommend PV as a whole, especially the JC location.
