It’s connected to the Sunoco, inside is fairly clean and organized. Staff were nice.
Owner couldn’t be bothered was on the phone and didn’t seem to care that I was looking for a product. I walked out!
Expired food, I was in the store 1/26/2025 picking up 5 things, 1 of the items I purchased was the labna bucket from the frig. I opened it today 1/29/25 and I swear to God it tasted weired. When I looked at the container, the expiration date was January 1, 2025. Look at the expiration date when buying food from this place. First time and my last time shopping here.
The hummus here is one of the BEST smooth and creamy ..could use more extra virgin olive oil though! And I am from San Diego ..NOW the meat..especially the the Kofta..is HARAM!! I eat grass fed beef and Persian Koobideh , and Kibbeh all the time especially in San Diego...not sure if it was the ATROCIOUS hygiene of the cook , or the the food handling or a the spices in the Kofta..but 30 after eating had to run to the nearest restroom..I eat raw onion and raw garlic everyday so I don't think it is that ..maybe some spice ..or ... read more
