Very eye opening. I had been feeling like there was something unresolved from my childhood. Turns out I was write. Sheila is awesome at allowing the person to talk and then guide them through the healing session. I'd definitely recommend Sheila and the Emotional Code!
Sheila has a beautiful space and her manner is very professional, yet inviting and calming. Some of her discoveries during my session were quite uncanny, but also validating and reassuring. I look forward to having more sessions with her.
