How to describe something indescribable......start with the basics. Location, Accommodation, Facilities, Food.......1st class. Beautiful lodgings in a forestshroud lake. I swam everyday in the beautiful fresh water. I went to the retreat low in mood couldn’t be bothered with anything. Totally fed up and not finding enjoyment in anything, merely plodding along thinking is this what life is all about. On the retreat I met some amazing people, intelligent funny and interesting. Since coming home a few days ago I’ve slept so deeply. I’m feeling gleeful energised and positive. I attended Enchanted Forrest September 24. The retreat was amazing with wonderful surroundings and people. The living area is clean, modern and spacious. Food & fruit was provided daily. We took part in numerous activities including sauna rituals, breath work classes and meditation.
