I didn’t even want to give them 1 star, expensive groceries and the tiffin service is also not on time. As a customer, I expect them to provide the tiffin on time just like they expect us to pay them for the service on time.

I bought 5 samosas from Planet India Supermarket, and they were spoiled, foul-smelling, and even had fungus in them! This is a serious health hazard. When I called, the staff said they’d refund, but the owner refused to take any responsibility or even address the issue. Selling rotten, moldy food is dangerous and unacceptable. I want to give them zero stars, but Google reviews won’t allow it. I strongly urge everyone in the neighborhood to avoid this store—they clearly have no regard for health or safety.
