Nick Goza was not very attentive and unwilling to use his decades long expertise to assist me. He told me he doesn't do loans that low. I never got an opportunity to know what amount he was even referring to but that statement in itself shouldn't have been said. I came with 10k down, a credit score over 700, no collections, and employment. He also advised me I couldn't apply for other mortgages within 45 days without it affecting my credit(one inquiry per app) which is not true. My experience with the mortgage lender was a very good, the mortgage lender would keep you up-to-date with everything that is going on with your loan, and that was very much appreciate it. I would recommend planet home lending to anyone.

Bruce and his team made what in the past what was tedious and at times,frustrating very fluid. It had been many years since l tackled the escrow process , however they did a terrific job and I highly recommend them.
