I wish there was a lower rating I could do
If I could rate it negative stars, I would. I spoke to a female representative named Richie today (yes Richie). She was unprofessional, arrogant, offensive, and judgmental to say the least. How does she still have a job? She’s probably miserable being a Planet Home Lending Customer service representative. Customer service in general in 2024 has to do better! Stay clear of Richie the representative and Planet Home Lending! My overall experience has been like a nightmare, and now I have to repair my credit.
