Requesting simple documents from this company has been VERY difficult. As a new customer, I have been told by several phone representatives that there is nothing that they can do and WILL not let me speak to a supervisor. Myself and a 3rd party have submitted expedited payoff requests and it’s been almost 3 whole days waiting. If this is a company that cannot fulfill simple requests then there needs to be some time taken to find the root of the problem.
