Planet home has 2 pit bull customer service representative, those 2 ladies really needs to be fired because of the way how they have treated us, talking about how they're going to chew us up and top of that accusing us of lying. that's not the way how you treat your customers. All am saying you guys need to hire people who are professionals and really know how to talk to customers.
