The worst
Poor customer service. I've made about a dozen calls and find it near impossible to get answers. Mailed documents are confusing, no chat line, customer support reps put me on hold after every question and do not return with an answer. Every call takes minimum of 30 minutes.
Christopher spigel was absolutely obnoxious and rude. I had to walk out and ensure my realtor and her firm to not recommend this place. I’ve never seen a guy so arrogant before. Have some compassion
