New client with PHL and experiencing the worst. They have some glitch in their payment system. I set up autopayments since beginning and provided my bank information with consent to withdraw on every 1st of the month. Customer service at Planet Home Lending has been absolutely terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Every time I call, I am placed on hold for over an hour, and even then, my issue is never resolved. Our escrow account was reportedly short for the 8th, which is simply not true, and there is no explanation or documentation provided to justify this discrepancy. The representative I spoke with was dismissive, unhelpful, and had a noticeable attitude the entire time.
