PHL gave my partner and I the worst refinance experience I could think possible. We decided to try them simply because they were holding our mortgage after our local company sold our mortgage to them. Run, run away from these people. No contact for issues. I called the number listed here and it’s a private cell phone for a woman who said she hadn’t worked there in two years. Use anyone but these folks.
Don’t even bother with this company. They are a complete joke!
Horrible lenders, especially Linda. My daughter and son in law have had the most unbelievable experience with Linda. You couldn't make their experience up if you tried. Linda either needs training or a whole new career field. When they tried to reach out to her supervisor for answers and help, all they got were crickets. From what I have witnessed over the past 6 weeks, I would qualify this business as a scam or joke.
