I passed by this store on Tuesday the 26th of August (2025) around 4:10pm and had bad customer service. The girl working there was rude, cold and kept giving me short dry answers. Her attitude stank from a mile away, as if she didn't want to even be there and had the worst look on her face. Honestly, if I was her mother, I would have slapped the attitude right off her face. Never going back there again.
I had the pleasure to stop by today. I think i speaked to the owner, he was a really great guy and really friendly. The dispensary itself is a little place but dont get fooled by that, they have a lot of diversity in their product and the service is top tier ! If i ever plan to go back to Ottawa, i'll stop by for sure.
Knowledgeable staff, broad selection of products, well priced. Highly recommended.
