Let me start by saying these guys are nothing short of professionals. I used to buy bmx bikes here as a kid but I hadn't been on a bike in over 15 years and walked in with literally no idea about modern bikes. Planet Bikes’ practices with the event held by Black City Tattoo was absolutely atrocious, Planet bike offered a donation for their event and with no rhyme or reason demanded the donation back after it was already given to a child, threatening legal action if it wasn’t returned or purchased - absolutely pathetic.
Wouldn't go to them if it was the last bike shop on earth. Who donates something to an event for the community then demands the money for the donated item and takes the prize away from a child? Planet bike does apparently and the owners sister Emily from Susie's shear perfection it's just a very sad world I hope you grow a heart and give that boy his prize back or you have to close down your own shop and get the karma you deserve
