Slightly helpful, but didn't seen like they wanted my business. Complained about being short handed. I would think you'd encourage more business so you could hire another tech maybe. Smh. I'll do it myself after this.
On vacation in area and needed a repair. Stopped in and they were very accommodating and were able to get me up and running in no time at all! Thanks!!!!
I'm going to leave a 5 star here and will do another when I get my bikes back. These guys are GREAT!! Doesn't matter if you are wanting a new bike or want to rekindle an older one. Answered all my questions and I was so pleased with the interaction I left 3 bikes there to be gone over, tuned and fix if need be. 1 bike I didn't plan on leaving but thought what the hell might as well. Can't wait to see the outcome. Great customer service fellas.
Let me start by saying these guys are nothing short of professionals. I used to buy bmx bikes here as a kid but I hadn't been on a bike in over 15 years and walked in with literally no idea about modern bikes.
