Called a day ahead to explain EXACTLY what bike , (clearly stated mini-pit bike) I needed assistance with. Only needed chain n sprocket put on. Nothing elaborate. Drove 50+ miles , only to have them turn it down. Told it was too heavy. Carried bike out of store w 1 hand and battery in the other. Completely wasted 2 hrs of my time. Bike weight is 68lbs. 1 guy seemed (Older gentlemen )professional, the other was an teenage demeanored man in 50s. Almost started to cry in panic when I pulled bike in store. Absolutely ridiculous.... read more
Great dude at this place!! I needed some push rims installed on my wheelchair wheels & he had them done in an hour!! Can't thank you enough man, that would've taken me at least two days
Slightly helpful, but didn't seen like they wanted my business. Complained about being short handed. I would think you'd encourage more business so you could hire another tech maybe. Smh. I'll do it myself after this.
