I wish I read the reviews before I went. I ended up paying the guy $135 to set up my bike, and he didn't even bother to tighten the nuts or bolts, he replaced my cap with a cheaper one without telling me, he left my bike in a dangerous state, the brakes barely working. I could have died riding the thing home. Would give zero stars if I could. No wonder he's going out of business.
I went to this bike shop, they said they could not fix my bike chain (just taking a link out) because “they don’t work on those specific bikes”(it was a SE bike so nothing special about the chain), how are you a bike shop and can’t fix a simple chain?
Really bad experience. The person i was dealing with couldn’t care less if my bike was fixed. Very poor customer service. Lack of concern about my safety! Very poor job with brake service. It’s not that difficult to be nice to people and care about their bicycle. In my opinion, they should not be in this business. I will never go back there again.
Great...So happy with customer service and Just had my Trek tuned for the season. Repairs and price were spot on as usual
