Management doesn't live up to their promises. Went in to cancel after not using a few months ago and was told I would be reminded to use my membership every 3 weeks in an attempt to get me to stay but if I didn't use it i could cancel it without penalty. Went in today after being charged an additional 2 months and tried to penalize me with either a $99 one time charge or 60 day period and that I would be taken to collections.
