Bad company don’t shop here. They don’t honor their deals even if there was a mistake they should honor it. You see on website not just one item offer the whole website. Then they call offer 20 percent and then they called me an hour later they said cannot honor it. I don’t want anyone else to get bait and switch so I had to file a complaint with the state of Florida
Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Product e cels in all categories. Lines are always quick and efficient.
Good selection and good prices, but not so sure about the staff. I only ordered two items, and when I returned home, I noticed one of the items I was given was not what I ordered. Also, the parking is not great in the plaza.
Manager lied to my face about not being able to order products. Claimed they are sent items randomly. This dispensary has zero respect for disabeld seniors and I will never shop at any Planet 13 dispensary ever again.
Great people love this place... been going for 3 yrs and couldn't ask for any better staff.. Miss Linda is an amazing person. Love them ❤️💙 Never any problems..and if so it's taken care of always.. 💕🩵👋👋
