Been a customer since Vida Cann days placed tons of orders they still tell me they cant find my reward points I come here because prices be right all the time ive been day one customer and they know it but they do nothing to fix my issue with my account and points so everytime I go in I can never use my points even when I order online and try to re sign up to the rewards account to obtain points it doesnt even allow me to do so they really need to step it up and correct that issue different managers tell me different things ... read more
