Don’t go here I’m a consistent customer and one of there carts broke that I just bought a day prior and they wouldn’t exchange it Waste of time and money there products aren’t worth it no options didn’t work with me customer service is shit I’ll be sticking to truelieve like always have congrats u just lost another customer
I go to planet 13 in Daytona all the time and always have a great experience. Everyone is usually very nice but today I went and Jorden took care of me, he was very rude telling me I can’t be on my phone when the menu is on my phone, I’ve never had a problem with that. The discount he gave me was incorrect and he was overall very rude and had a very nasty attitude, I will not be returning to this location.

Super happy I have found Planet 13!! Meeting Mike, Blaine, Gabby and Jordan made getting the right medication with my preferred terpenes really easy as they are all super knowledgeable!! This was my 3rd visit so I will definitely be back!!
