Bittersweet experience. Good looking floors and great sales service. But they resell foreign products without manufacturer instructions or details, and ghost you once the stuff is delivered.
The wood the 7inch wide engineered hardwood I bought is absolutely stunning. The colour and quality are A1. Jean is a specialist at helping you choose the right product and finish for your project! Sahira at the back office was amazing she took care of the logistics and made sure the colours of the nosings and vent grills matched the floor! A1 service and quality! I highly recommend them for your hardwood flooring needs.
