Bought this heater, and was at first disappointed. Call the boys and they soon set me straight on the installation. You have to do the work ,and install there fuel line , and all there parts. Tried to use parts for our other heat . Looked the same put is not. They were very helpful. And the heat is much better than the one we replace. We are now dancing around naked in our school bus. We have never had it this good. Thanks so much! It’s great.
EXCELLENT customer service. My Wife and I were from out of town and dropped off our portable heater for service. The friendly staff repaired it with 24 hours so that we could talk it home with us. Very knowledgeable staff… thank you so much
Bought the hydronic heater and installed in my boat. It is ridiculously noisy and even after installing a muffler we always get complaints from neighbours.
I've been a customer for 15+ years. You want to buy something, quick reply. You have a question or pro lem nothing. I quit going here.
