The best youll ever get
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. There was a miscalculation in our tax filing and the IRS now says we owe hundreds. Janet initially said she would handle this and then ghosted us. Absolute radio silence since May 7th despite multiple emails and phone calls. We are now accruing interest and late fees with no resolution in sight. Unfortunate that this happened and I wish I could leave a better review.
Well I was supposed to get back 2017.00 this year ..got a check for 700 because of past due money owed .. I never owed in my life .. it was because of screw ups with my filing .. I can’t in good conscience ever go back to her .. it’s costing me ..1
If I could give no stars I would, only giving one as will not allow to review without. My husband and I tried using their services back in 2017 and still do not have resolution. No return calls, no follow up, absolutely horrible customer service. We have even requested the over $2000 we gave thus far, as nothing has been done with our account. The next step is small claims. If you are considering using them, let this be a warning, DON'T USE THEM, they will steal your money.
Very un responsive. Left numerous messages and emails and still no response. They have had my files for over five years and still no action. Money that was not well spent.
