They did a great job with my boat. Things happen but I judge on a company on how they handle a mistake and I can say they made it right and made me a happy customer. Thanks again Jim and Linda.
Great shop with a ton of experience.
Unfortunately, the customer service experience at this business was deeply disappointing. A friend of mine ordered a part, but the wrong item was sent. When he contacted the company to resolve the issue, he was met with hostility rather than assistance. Instead of a productive conversation, the owner could be heard in the background becoming visibly upset and refusing to engage directly.
