Neil was very unprofessional when assisting on the phone. I had someone go make a deposit for me as I am short on time, having to make a run to the hospital due to unforeseen circumstances. They made the deposit and didn’t wait for the receipt. I called and Neil answered the phone. I told him I had a cash deposit made and I noticed it wasn’t reflecting on the account on mobile banking. ATM ate my debit card and there is Nothing that Can be done about it... DON'T BANK HERE AND PLEASE DON'T USE ATMS!!!!!!!
Nice and friendly people. I enjoy just walking into the bank on 98th & Quaker. I tried to open a checking account but wasn't successful thanks to TTCU. I had an overdraft 5 years ago that I paid and it was showing up at the check system. I called check system and they didn't have anything in my name so I'm lost. 🤷
