I’ve been with Plains Capital for a long time, so I guess I’m satisfied with them!
Neil was very unprofessional when assisting on the phone. I had someone go make a deposit for me as I am short on time, having to make a run to the hospital due to unforeseen circumstances. They made the deposit and didn’t wait for the receipt. I called and Neil answered the phone. I told him I had a cash deposit made and I noticed it wasn’t reflecting on the account on mobile banking.
