Good bank. Cares about customers
I don't recommend for business banking. Everything had to go through the manager which took weeks between emails. After 4-months of red tape, previous banking statement requests, applications, and tons of questions; I was finally called by the manager with a "Congratulations" we are going to open your account. I was excited and made commitments to vendors and customers to only be called a few days later from the same manger saying he was sorry but they decided not to open the account. Indicates drive thru is opened on Saturdays from 8am-12pm. Showed up. Nobody here at 10:30am. Unacceptable.
