This branch is the worst always gives you problems with customer services leaves you waiting to be attended with no one in line I don’t recommend this branch at all!!
I have recently moved and needed to cancel my accounts. Letty Garcia got back to me right away and handled my cancellations quickly and efficiently. My experience with PlainsCapital was great and if I wasn't moving, I would've stay as a customer. Thank you again for great customer service!
