It’s been nothing but bad experiences……The whole bank is a disaster! The tellers are rude, they are unaware of any bank services, terms or policy’s. They were missing required documents when I called up needing copies. And those the GOOD THINGS I can say about this bank. IT GETS WORSE.. Reality is, if you have any type of a problem (Mine was FRAUD)….you won’t be able to get ahold of them. First they will re-direct your calls to a voice mail. Unhelpful and RUDE. Woman looked like she was burning up with so much hate she wanted to RIP my head off with her teeth. All I did was ask to cash a check drawn off them. I was actually considering moving to their bank. Ha!
Mr/Mrs White, the original founders and owners of PlainsCapital, are amazing philanthropists. They not only give back to the community financially, but also dedicate their time and influence. It is not a difficult decision to support companies like these--ones that give SO much to others. Is this bank perfect? Nope, but they sure do try hard in all areas of customer service and finance.
