The tellers are super arrogant and no warmth when there for deposit , it’s as if they are doing favor taking “MY” money .
Lazy teller Layton is not good at all. And verify every time a payroll check is cashed? What a joke... plain in willow didnt have to waste my time...
This is hands Down the Worst bank I have EVER been too. Not only did Gabe take over an hour nothing he was also a Grouch the entire time..
Disappointed they make me wait to open my box more than half hour was 4 workes at the front desk and no one help me really poor customer service
This location is forcing masks again but it seems to be only for a few. I was asked to mask up and they gave me one and had no issue putting it on. Then another customer came in and went to the lady who asked me to put on a mask, and was told nothing. Also, there were many staff employees who did not follow their own mandates. I guess masks are those that they choose to wear one.
