I don't know why but it seems like every single time I come to this branch there's some major problem. I give them my deposit or my checks just like I do at every other branch and then I just wait for a look of confusion to come across the teller's face and then two or three managers have to come over and discuss my account for some reason. The last time I went by I went to the motor bank and the girl starts my deposit, then calls the manager over, then I wait, then she calls the manager over again. Great bankers
I have had very poor luck with this bank branch. The new tellers seem very untrained. It is embarrassing to have a check sent back to you. The teller I received could not distinguish that I had an account and what she was looking at was my paycheck (not my personal account). Very frustrating and inadequate service. I will only bank with Wells Fargo.
