Love plains capital. The only way to bank in Lubbock. I am currently in my home.
This bank claims to support local, but nothing could be further from the truth. Do not support this bank, they have horrible customer service.
Plains capital is the worst chain of banks in lubbock
Went into the motor bank and it took absolutely forever to get my deposit done. They only had one teller working and a simple deposit of a couple checks and some cash ended up taking twenty minutes. I really cannot recommend any aspect of Plainscapital Bank. Every single branch I’ve been to has terrible service. If you can find even a reasonably good bank in Lubbock stick with it. These guys just get worse abd worse.
