I contacted Bank of the Plains about a commercial loan. The first guy I talked with was really nice. I sent him all the information he had requested and didn't hear back from him, so I reached out again. He informed me he was leaving the bank and that he had been busy closing loans that were further along in the process than mine was, which is understandable.
