Mostly friendly staff but have had a few major issues. Tried to apply for a loan and the loan officer procrastinated so long that I just canceled the application. I've gotten dozens of small loans through other banks and I'd hear back within days. Plains took over a month and I never heard back. This morning I stopped into the drive through during open hours right after 9 AM. No one was there. I double checked that it wasn't a bank holiday and it wasn't.
