I purchased a clock from this store a week ago for $200. When I got it home, I realized it didn’t match my room, so I returned to the store hoping to exchange it for something else. I found two vases of equal value and asked to do a simple exchange – to my surprise, they told me their store does not allow exchanges or refunds, which is shocking considering the vast majority of stores offer this within a reasonable time frame.
