My wife and I have made a bit of a ritual to go ebike riding when the kids go back to school. So we checked out the ADK Rail Trail and it fit the bill. 34 miles long with stuff along the route. Next.... find a ebike. As anyone who has rented ebikes knows, a good ebike makes the ride, a bad one kills it. Went in for bibs. Sales clerks was all attitude. Told me to put something back on the other shelf when I didnt move the bibs Strange and not a friendly vibe . Its too bad as they had some nice gear in this place. IMaybe I caught them on a bad day but I wont be going back to spend money their voluntarily. Brought my bike in with no idea of the issue and Matt was able to immediately diagnose and help me solve the issue in a timely manner. Staff was attentive and very friendly
Very friendly and knowlegeable staff! My 11 year old son popped a tire on Iron Man weekend. The staff changed his tube with in 15 min on one of the busiest days for their shop. We have been back several times since.
