Tracy over there working the phone is an absolutely rude and disrespectful human being and I will be following up with a formal complaint...those calls are recorded tracy.
It wasn’t even a couple of days out of court and sherry calls my phone for payment. And not just my phone but also my PARENTS phone as well. What if I didn’t speak to them? So we set payment date and amount which is due today. And this morning not even 830 I get a call and let it go to voicemail as I am still in bed, and guess who. Sherry. They act like I missed a payment when I literally make my payment today. This is borderline harassment so number BLOCKED.
Extremely condescending and unhelpful. Senior advisor that I was transferred to said, “I couldn’t care less,” regarding my issues. They need to do better but it doesn’t appear they have any accountability for being disrespectful to patrons.
This year my taxes were seized for what I'm being told are fines from 2003 and 2007 I don't understand how after paying taxes getting sober and being sober for all this time and paying all my bills they can just take my taxes. Makes me sick I've worked so hard with the past 21 years That's what it is 21 years ago how could this have slipped through I paid off numerous fines all due to speeding and DMV things. How did I get my commercial driver's license if I still owed fines I just don't understand this and every time I call... read more
