I am in my late 30's and have a hip disease. I starting getting very bad flare ups where I regularly couldn't walk for a week at a time, was in a lot of pain and facing the prospect of a hip replacement. Donal assessed me and wrote a program that requires about 5-6hrs of my time per week and after one month I'm in no pain whatsoever and haven't had a flare up since. The knowledge he has in functional movement is astounding. I highly recommend Donal- if you want to get out of pain this is guy to see! Thanks so much Donal :)
