Calm.
I was the Victim of Violence at Place Kensington as a Worker by another Worker in 2019. I took the matter up with the Director Sylvia and she fired me instead of addressing Violence at the workplace. No Employee should ever accept any form of violence in the workplace. What message does this send out to the public at Large when you cannot even protect your own Employees? The matter is still ongoing and we are in 2023. I am still very traumatized from this violent incident and it continues to impact my daily life.
Nice neighborhood. Easy to find parking (either free street parking or paid parking). Super clean with wonderful interior design and decorations. Beautiful piano at the entrance and offers musical entertainment. People work there are friendly and helpful.
Awful place to work. They change suddenly the salaries as soon as you start working. It's a fraud. The director, Sylvia, horrible person to speak with. It's unbelievable how someone like her, with 0 politeness, has managed to be director in a private senior's house. 0 consideration if you're an international student, she would literally reply "I don’t care". Worse work experience so far, and it’s just administrative, the team is lovely.
