Pamela was the first person I have ever paid to do my taxes. She made an error on our return. Instead of admitting to the mistake and offering a solution she chose to ignore it. I would expect accuracy when you pay an accountant $400.00 to file your taxes that aren't complicated. I'm disappointed that there was no accountability.
