Hasn't been the same since Richelieu bought them. Customer service is average, and you can't pick your own material, so you need to allow 20-30% more waste for the knotty, twisted pieces they put in your bundle. Warehouse guys were good to deal with, but I think they're operating in a poorly managed organization that wants to squeeze as much profit as possible instead of quality and customer service.

Very bad service front staff .
My first time buying from them after they moved and the quality of the wood they are selling has dropped dramatically. I order $450 worth of their highest grade cherry, of that about $120 is completely worthless because it is basically solid sapwood. The rest of the wood is going to be very challenging to work with because of the sheer amount of sapwood.
